GN series for conical shaft and GTB series for conical shaft

The couplings GN  for conical shaft are supplied with conical bore and normal hub on pump site and the GTB Fconico equipped with hub with conical bore and a hub with taper bush . 

The circular shaped lugs absorb shock and vibration. The coupled half-couplings are self-centering due to the circular shape of the dowels.

The standard machining of the hubs involves the milling of the teeth which offers the following advantages:

• Reduction of casting draft, with consequent reduction of axial thrusts.

• It makes the contact surface between the tooth and the plug more regular to ensure longer life of the plugs
