GTBF series Flanged flexible couplings

Rubber pads flexible couplings guarantee a safe and quiet transmission of the movement between driver and driven unit.

This type of coupling allows absorbing shocks and torsional vibrations, thanks to the elastic round-shaped inserts that work under compression and ensure hub and flange self centering GTBF flexible coupling with flanges for SAE flywheel, with tapered bush fixing, are ideal for agricultural (motopumps) and industrial applications.

The insertion of the bush from the outside allows the replacement of the pads thanks to the possibility of sliding the hub on the shaft of the driven machine.

The standard machining of the hubs involves the milling of the teeth which offers the following advantages:

• Reduction of casting draft, with consequent reduction of axial thrusts.
• Surface contact between the tooth and insert more regular, thus ensuring a longer life of the elastic elements

• Features and dimensions can be subjected to change without notice.
